Becuase we are an Airbnb style lodging, we do not provide breakfast.  We do provide the following:

• Complementary Coffee, Tea and Sugar
• Bottle Water
• Kitchen area to Prepare and Cook Meals
• Hand Soap
• Face/Body/Hand Towels, 
• Toliet Paper
• Paper Towel
• Bed linen/Pillows
• Free Wifi
• Smart Enabled Televisons

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

• Check-In: 4:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 PM
• Late Check-out Hour: 1:00 PM
• Late Check-out Fees: $25.00
• Late check-out (after 11:00 PM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Full Charge - Full Stay - If canceled within 3 days of arrival.

Partial Charge - 25% of Deposit - If canceled within 5 days of arrival.

No Charge - If canceled within 7 days of arrival.

Vacations should be stress-free and for that reason, you get to park right in front of the Caboose. By parking a vehicle at our facility, you are doing so on your own accord. Side Tracked in Muskoka does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.

At Side Tracked in Muskoka we absolutely adore pets. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the Caboose. We apologies for the inconvenience.

Breathe easy. Side Tracked in Muskoka is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the Caboose or strong lingering smoking scents in the Caboose will result in a a negative review and a $200.00 room cleaning fee.

We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. 

Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the owners immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges. 

Quiet time is from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the whole property goes into hush mode for what we like to call quiet time (or sleep time).

Please practice safe cooking habits do not leave burners on unattended. 

There is a serviceable 10lb ABC Fire Extinguisher located under the kitchen sink. 

Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. 

Lingering smells that require closure of the Caboose and deep cleans will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $500.00 as well as charges to cover missed booking dates, due to the cleaning process.
